Eurofund JV buys 130,000m2 Madrid plot for logistics project

Eurofund Logistics Capital Partners (ELCP), a joint venture between shopping centre specialist Eurofund and developer Logistics Capital Partners, has announced the purchase of a 130,000 m2 plot of land in Torija, Guadalajara, near Madrid.
