Eurazeo, the majority owner of France's listed ANF Immobilier, is considering the sale of its interest in the Paris-based real estate unit after receiving several unsolicited expressions of interest from unidentified investors.

In a statement, Eurazeo said it has mandated investment bank Lazard to study 'the various possible sale options'.
'As of today, no decision has been taken in relation to whether any such sale should be made, nor to the scope of any such sale and, most particularly, to any terms,' it said.
ANF Immobilier, with a market capitalisation of some EUR 800 mln, is 52%-controlled by Eurazeo. The firm owns a portfolio of roughly EUR 1.6 bn worth of commercial properties largely located in Lyon and Marseille. It reported a net profit of EUR 96 mln in 2011, versus EUR 75 mln in 2010.
With a portfolio of nearly EUR 4 bn, Eurazeo is the major shareholder in Accor, ANF Immobilier, APCOA, Edenred, Elis, Europcar, Foncia, Fonroche Energie, Moncler and Rexel.
