Frankfurt-listed property firm Estavis has bought a stake in a portfolio which includes 335 Berlin apartments for an undisclosed price.

Accentro, an Estavis subsidiary, will now sell off some of the apartments.

‘Condominiums remain vastly popular among private investors,’ said Jacopo Mingazzini, managing direcor of Accentro.

‘Demand is particularly high in the German capital, and so we have every reason to expect the apartments to sell swiftly,’ he added.
