Former Fabege's ceo Erik Paulsson is interested in buying the Swedish state-owned real estate company Vasakronan, newspaper Svenska Dagbladet reported, citing Paulsson.
He said that he is 'interested in everything in the Swedish real estate market and it's important that Swedish properties are domestically owned'. Paulsson, who has close to a 10% stake in Fabege, has joined Amplion, a company specialised in property bods founded by the real estate group Brinova, and will start acquiring properties through issuing commercial mortgage-backed securities, the newspaper said.
