AEW Europe, the property arm of Natixis Global Asset Management, said on Wednesday that it has appointed Eric Donnet as managing director and chief operating officer. Donnet has been head of asset management at AEW Europe since 2005.

Before joining the company, Donnet was managing director and member of the executive committee of Bail Investment Foncière. He also managed Addvim Property Management and Deltis, wholly-owned subsidiaries of General Electric Real Estate France.
Mireille Chetioui has been promoted to the position of company secretary at AEW Europe. Chief financial officer since 2004, she will be responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and logistics.
With operations in 10 European countries, AEW Europe and its subsidiary NAMI (Natixis Asset Management Immobilier) managed more than EUR 17bn of real estate assets at end-December 2007. Together with its sister companies in the US and Asia, AEW has more than EUR 30bn of assets under management.
