Equity Estate, Arzan Wealth snap up RTL office buildings in the Netherlands

Hill Top 3, a joint venture between Dutch investor Equity Estate and Arzan Wealth, the Dubai arm of Kuwait-headquartered financial services firm Arzan Financial Group, has purchased the RTL office at Media Park in Hilversum from Media Park Enterprise for an undisclosed amount.
