Real estate boutique Equity Estate and area developer AM have secured up to €62 mln in green financing from Berlin Hyp for a mixed-use project in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Launched in March 2021, the 50/50 joint venture encompasses 11,000 m2 of commercial space, including the high-end restaurant Showw, alongside 130 residences.
Crossover prioritizes sustainability, achieving top certifications like Paris Proof, Net Zero, EU Taxonomy Aligned, Energy Label A++++, and BREAAM-NL Outstanding.
This refinancing replaces the original construction loan provided by Bental Greenoak.

Tenants are offered their own office floor with a private terrace, spread over nine floors. An underground parking garage provides 80 parking spaces.
The building is located at Amsterdam Zuidas, the prime CBD of the Netherlands, offering good accessibility by car, train, subway, tram, and bicycle.
