Global real estate investment manager EQT Exeter has acquired a logistics park in the Polish capital from Warsaw property developer Wan.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Pruszków Logistic Park is a warehouse situated at 58 Przejazdowa Street in Pruszków. The Warsaw Zone 2 location is just near A2 highway entrance in an established industrial area with some 1 million m2 of logistic space.

The property comprises around 18,800 m2 gross lettable area and is occupied by a single tenant, Hebe (Jeronimo Martins), serving as its distribution centre.

Other key tenants in the area of the industrial zone include Michelin, Smurfit Kappa and Glassolutions of Saint-Gobain Group.

Avison Young represented the seller in the transaction.
