Global investment firm EQT Exeter has acquired three logistics units in the UK Midlands for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition comprises units DC1, DC2 and DC6, Apex Park, Daventry.
The three sheds were constructed in the early 2000s and provide 401,760 ft2 (37, 300 m2) of modern distribution space, ranging in size from 89,508 ft2 to 221,214 ft2.
Fully let to three tenants, the units have a weighted average unexpired term of 1.8 years to breaks and 3.0 years to expiries.
