The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), the industry body representing the listed property industry in Europe, is to move its office to Brussels from Amsterdam in early July.

Epra chief executive Philip Charls said: 'A major part of European policy-making takes place in Brussels, and Epra's move will provide the association with the opportunity to build better relationships with EU policy-makers on a day-to-day basis. The move will enhance Epra's visibility as a European representative organisation and therefore assist it in its mission to promote, develop and represent the European public real estate sector.'

Epra's annual conference will also be held close to Brussels on 3-4 September this year.
