The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has appointed Laurent Ternisien, former managing director of Real Estate at MSCI, as senior advisor responsible for EPRA's investor outreach activities in Continental Europe.

The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has appointed Laurent Ternisien, former managing director of Real Estate at MSCI, as senior advisor responsible for EPRA's investor outreach activities in Continental Europe.

Ternisien, a French national who has worked in London for the last 10 years, led the successful integration of the Investment Property Databank (IPD) into US-based MSCI, following the takeover of the real estate markets data company in 2012.

Prior to that, he was CEO of IPD for seven years, where he led an expansion into 32 markets worldwide and implemented an investment programme to develop indices and portfolio analytics for investors, fund managers and REITs.
