Norwegian developer and investment manager Entra has sold a portfolio of properties in Bodø and Trondheim for around €11 mln.
It divested a property at Moloveien 10 in Bodø and two adjacent land plots for NOK 82.5 mln (€9 mln), about 30% above book price. The deal is expected to close on 15 February.
Entra also sold the properties Kongens gate 85/Erling Skakkesgate 60 in Trondheim for NOK 16 mln (€1.8 mln), in line with current valuations. Closing is expected for 31 March.
Entra said that the transactions were in accordance with its strategy to focus the portfolio on large, flexible office buildings close to public transportation hubs and to divest smaller, non-core assets.
