The publication, a joint undertaking between ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, provides an outlook on European real estate investment and development trends, as well as 'real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas and other real estate issues,' ULI said.

The results of this year's report will also be presented throughout Europe at joint ULI District Council and PricewaterhouseCoopers events throughout the month, with presentations in Amsterdam, Birmingham, Brussels, Istanbul, Moscow, Stockholm and other major cities.

Meanwhile, ULI said only a few places remain for its 11th annual Paris Conference on February 7. More than 500 industry professionals have already signed up for the event that will focus on 'Unlocking Europe for Growth'. The keynote speakers for the one-day conference include John Bruton, former prime minister of Ireland, and Will Hutton, chief executive officer, Work Foundation and former editor of the Observer newspaper.
