Through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, which has been appointed as lead contractor, Eiffage has been awarded the project in a consortium with the architectural agency Groupe-6 and the Ingérop design office.

The contract means Eiffage will design, build, operate and maintain the office complex for five years. The property will be located at Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis department).

Contractor Eiffage Construction recently built one of the four athletes' villages for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games at Saint-Oeun-sur-Seine, housing some 2,500 competitors. The sustainable scheme, which features a timber frame and uses recycled materials, has been earmarked for conversion at the end of the summer.

Eiffage, which works in the areas of construction, real estate and urban development, civil engineering, metal, roads, energy and concessions, generated revenues of €21.8 bn in 2023, of which 31% was outside France.
