Edmond de Rothschild REIM has purchased an industrial property in Amsterdam through a sale-and leaseback transaction with occupier Timtex Transport.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The 12,350 m2 property is located at Marifoonweg 2 in the Dutch capital and was acquired for Edmond de Rothschild's Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund.

Edmond de Rothschild REIM was advised by VBC Notaries and Hollis Global. The seller was advised by 1530 Real Estate.

The open-ended Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund has a core+ risk profile and targets institutional investors. It currently consists of 22 assets with a total value of around €130 mln.
