Before Davis Langdon, CMC Markets also recently agreed to let 3,664 sq ft in the building and Aberdeen Asset Management has let 17,791 sq ft. Craig Watson, associated director at Jones Lang LaSalle Edinburgh, said in a statement the deal showed there was demand for Grade A office space in the city in the face of a forecast shortage.
Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge acted for Redevco while James Barr acted for Davis Langdon.
