Echo Investment, a Polish property developer focused on residential, office and retail schemes, has acquired three investment properties developed in collaboration with British supermarket retailer Tesco for €42 mln.

The Tesco-anchored first-generation shopping centres are situated in Poznan, Lódz and Kraków, at Opienskiego Street, Widzewska Street and Kapelanka Street respectively.

Echo said it planned to develop residential, office, commercial and service facilities on and around the sites.

Linklaters advised Echo Investment on the deal.

The transaction was executed by Jedrzej Palka, senior associate in the Warsaw real estate practice, supported by Katarzyna Grodzka. The overall transaction was supervised by Weronika Guerquin, counsel in the Warsaw real estate practice.
