Echo Investment has finalised the sale of Phase I of the Aquarius Business House office building in the Polish city of Wroclaw.
The asset was acquired by Spanish investor Azora Europe for nearly €42 mln.
Located at the crossroads of Swobodna Street and Borowska Street in the centre of Wroclaw, the complex is 98% leased and will continue to be managed by Echo Investment Property Management for the next five years.
The newly developed facility consists of two seven-storey buildings, with a total leasable area of 25,000 m2 and 410 parking spaces.
Phase I of the project was completed in November 2012, with Phase II planned for delivery in October 2013.
Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex is the contractor while architectural studio Arcad has designed the project.
