Polish property group Echo Investment has announced the sale of the Moje Miejsce I office building in Warsaw for just over €47 mln. The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
The asset is part of a multifunctional Moje Miejsce project in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district, and is almost fully leased to several tenants including Havas Group, Mastercard, Hebe, Corteva, and CitySpace . The building provides 19,000 m2 of lettable space and boasts a BREEAM Very Good rating.
'The building is an excellent investment product with a guarantee of stable income for a long-term investor,' said Malgorzata Turek, member of Echo Investment's board responsible for investment.
