The project area is located in the northwestern part of the Hungarian capital, close to the Danube River, on the site of a former textile factory in the Óbuda district.

'We are planning the most modern and attractive shopping centre in Hungary. It is intended to set new standards in terms of the mix of tenants and retail sectors, service offerings, and visitor experience,' said Christoph Augustin, project director at ECE and managing director of ECE Hungary.

In line with ECE's recent strategic focus on food and beverage (F&B), the centre will include a significant gastronomy area, with around 15 food concepts. This will be located next to a large roof garden with sun terrace. ECE also plans to bring a 4D cinema to the centre.

Construction of the project is scheduled to start in 2019, with the opening planned for 2021.
