Swiss property company Unimo has commissioned German shopping centre specialist ECE Projektmanagement to give its Huma shopping centre in Neuss a complete facelift. The renovation will cost EUR 140mln and take place between now and the autumn of 2009. The centre will remain open for business while the revamp takes place.
Swiss property company Unimo has commissioned German shopping centre specialist ECE Projektmanagement to give its Huma shopping centre in Neuss a complete facelift. The renovation will cost EUR 140mln and take place between now and the autumn of 2009. The centre will remain open for business while the revamp takes place.
The Huma shopping centre is located between Dusseldorf and Neuss and has a retail area of nearly 40,000 m2 housing around 30 shops and specialist stores as well as 1,500 free parking spaces.
