ECE has been appointed by insurance group R+V Versicherungsgruppe to manage the Tempelhofer Hafen shopping and service centre in Berlin from May.
The centre provides space for 70 retail units over a sales area of 21,000 m2. Anchor tenants include Media Markt, Edeka, H&M, New Yorker, and C&A.
The complex also includes a medical centre and offices with a total rental space of almost 5,000 m2, as well as 590 parking spaces.
The shopping gallery is the urban centre of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district, located next to a marina which provides anchorage for 39 boats.
The centre was previously managed by IPH Handelsimmobilien.
