German privately-held retail specialist ECE announced on Monday that it has started construction of a €145 mln project in the German city of Neumünster.
The project, which is around 50% pre-let, is located near the ICE train station, Gänsemarkt and Großflecken.
It will include about 90 specialist stores, cafés, and restaurants over an area of nearly 23,000 m2 on two levels as well as 950 parking spaces.
The scheme is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2015. Developer ECE plans to retain management of the asset.
