Shopping centre developer ECE has opened its first mall in Slovakia. The Central shopping center in Bratislava features around 150 shops, restaurants, and cafés over a leaseable area of 36,000 m[sup]2[/sup].
Shopping centre developer ECE has opened its first mall in Slovakia. The Central shopping center in Bratislava features around 150 shops, restaurants, and cafés over a leaseable area of 36,000 m2.
The retail tenants include Zara, C&A, New Yorker, Gant, Liu Jo, Marella, Mango, Mötivi, Intimissimi, Salamander, Geox, Etam, Intersport, the large consumer electronics market Electro World, and the supermarket Billa. Around 1,300 parking spaces are available to the visitors in the underground car park.
The shopping centre is integrated in a complex that also has a wellness and sports centre, the four-star hotel Lindner with 220 rooms, medical center Pro Care as well as office space.
Apart from leasing, ECE took over the planning optimisation for the owner, Immocap Group, and will be responsible for the long-term management.
