Representing an investment of EUR 80 mln, the project will provide some 26,000 m2 of office, retail and gastronomy space in the Barmbek train station redevelopment area in Hamburg. Completion is scheduled for March 2015. An underground car park with 240 parking spaces will also be constructed.
The complex will accommodate a staff of 550.
