The project, carried out in joint venture with partners Strabag Real Estate and RREEF Investment, involved the construction of a total of 80 new shops, restaurants, cafés and service outlets on three sales levels. The mall provides a sales area of around 20,000 m2 as well as parking space for some 750 cars.

ECE will take care of the long-term management of the centre.

Benthem Crouwel Architects designed the centre while Ed. Züblin acted as general contractor.
