The Odense Rosengårdcentret, the second-largest mall in Denmark, is to undergo a redevelopment that will cost in excess of €16 mln.
The site, which was bought by privately-held German retail specialist ECE in early 2013, covers 100,000 m2 of gross lettable area.
Under the refurbishment, the 10,000 m2 Kvickly hypermarket section will be developed into 32 new shops, taking the total number to almost 200.
