In a statement, ECE said Ozas Gallery was one of the largest national retail developments. The centre has a total area of 180,000 m2, and a leasable area of 62,000 m2. The investment volume came to EUR 170 mln.
The centre features 180 shops, service provision facilities, cafés and restaurants. The largest tenants are Finnish hypermarket Prisma, leading European fashion store Peek & Cloppenburg and consumer electronics store Topo Centras. The three-level shopping gallery introduces several new stores and brands to the Lithuanian market, such as Jack&Jones, Forever 18, BiBa, Timberland and BijouBrigitte.
Ozas Gallery is located between densely populated districts and the city centre and is surrounded by major traffic arteries. Around 850,000 inhabitants live in the centre's catchment area. The mall offers 2,500 parking spaces for visitors.
