Eastern European companies account for 45% of the exhibition space confirmed so far for the first edition of Mipim Horizons, the world’s property market dedicated to fast-growing countries, the organisers said in a press release on Tuesday. In total. nearly 3,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of exhibition space has already been confirmed by companies drawn from 23 countries. Mipim Horizons will take place between 2-4 December in Cannes.

In total. nearly 3,000 m2 of exhibition space has already been confirmed by companies drawn from 23 countries. Mipim Horizons will take place between 2-4 December in Cannes.

'Interest in Mipim Horizons from the Eastern European countries reflects the strong and sustainable growth that the region has experienced in recent years in sectors such as residential, hotel & tourism, office and logistics real estate,' the organisers said in a statement. Mipim Horizons expects to welcome over 3,000 real estate executives, including 500 international investors.
