Security systems and buildings firm Dyskret Polska has sold the Vinci Office Center in Kraków to an unnamed buyer.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The asset is a modern Class A office building in Opolska Street in Krakow. Completed in 2010, it comprises 20,400 m2 of modern office space. In 2011, the property won an award in the public building category of the Building of The Year 2010 competition from the Minister of Infrastructure and the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (PZITB).
Cushman & Wakefield's Marcin Kocerba, senior investment surveyor, Soren Rodian Olsen, partner, and Michal Wachowicz, investment surveyor were responsible for planning, execution and completing the transaction on behalf of Dyskret Polska.
Dyskret Polska is a Polish firm which creates new technologies for integrated security management systems (SMS). The company provided services as general contractor and was deputy-substitutive investor for the investment.
