German fund manager DWS has acquired the Neon office building in the Polish city of Gdansk from local developer Torus for around €80 mln.
The scheme represents the fourth and final stage of the Alchemia business complex. It provides over 35,000 m2 of leasable area, including 33,500 m2 of office space and over 1,500 m2 of retail area located on the ground floor along the walkway between the Alchemia complex buildings. The two-year construction of Neon was completed in October 2019.
Designed by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio, the Neon building boasts a LEED Platinum certification.
Law firm Greenberg Traurig advised Torus on the sale.
