The facility, for a total storage capacity of over 25,000 m2, was bought from a group of investors from Trentino coordinated by La Finanziaria Trentina, on behalf of the Europe II institutional real estate fund managed by DWS.

The complex is entirely leased with a long-term contract, and consists of two warehouses, one delivered in 2010 and the second last July.

‘This acquisition further strengthens our presence within the logistics sector in Italy, in a sub-market, that of cold logistics, which we believe could represent an interesting investment opportunity,’ said Giuseppe Colombo, head of Real Estate Italia of DWS.
