INREV’s management board has appointed two new members, following approval from the association’s membership at its annual general meeting on 30th May. They will join four re-elected board members.
Minna Merilainen of France’s CNP Assurances, and Jessica Hardman of asset manager DWS, join others that have been re-elected to the board for a second three-year term. Alberto Agazzi, Generali Real Estate, Lucy Fletcher, Quadreal Property Group, John Ravoisin, PwC Luxembourg, and Rob Wilkinson of AEW Europe remain on the board.
Other members of the board are Rainer Komeda of BVK, Ray Adderley of Nuveen, Keith O’Donnell of ATOZ, Jenny Buck of Tesco, Amilcar Grot of Achmea IM, Slberto Agazzi of Generali, John Ravoisin of PwC, Jaap van der Bilj Of Altera Vastgoed, and Martin Lemke of AM alpha Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft.
Lonneke Löwik, INREV CEO who herself is stepping down in August, said: ‘We have been working with Minna and Jessica over several years, and I’m thrilled to welcome them to the management board.’
Merilainen is responsible for real estate and infrastructure debt investments at CNP Assurances.
Hardman is CEO for DWS UK, and head of European portfolio management. She is also a board member for DWS Alternatives Global, and becomes president of the British Property Federation this year.
In other changes, Catriona Allen, LaSalle Global Partner Solutions, and James Raynor, Grosvenor, are both stepping down having served the maximum of two, three-year terms.
