A group of three Dutch real estate professionals have set up a new fund and asset management firm - Heston Real Estate Group. The founders are Jan-Lodewijk de Vries, Robert Fabisch and Taco de Groot.
A group of three Dutch real estate professionals have set up a new fund and asset management firm - Heston Real Estate Group. The founders are Jan-Lodewijk de Vries, Robert Fabisch and Taco de Groot.
The new firm will focus on real estate finance, corporate finance and recovery management in Northern Europe and the UK. It will target both institutional and private investors.
De Vries (37) formerly worked for the corporate clients and leveraged finance department at Dutch bank Rabobank. In 2002 he set up Javri Finance Group which will now be merged with Heston Real Estate Group.
Fabisch (35) previously worked for six years at SNS Property Finance as regional manager for the Western Netherlands. Prior to that, he sserved at ING Real Estate for six years as fund manager.
De Groot (46) was co-founder and chief investment officer of Halverton Real Estate Investment Management in London. Prior to that, he worked for nine years at Cortona Holdings in Amsterdam. Aside from his Heston activities, De Groot is also partner at M Seven Investment Management in London.
