Dutch investor Naftali Elburg has sold a mixed portfolio of properties to various private investors for EUR 14 mln. The transactions involved two hotels, office space, residential units and retail properties.

Dutch investor Naftali Elburg has sold a mixed portfolio of properties to various private investors for EUR 14 mln. The transactions involved two hotels, office space, residential units and retail properties.

The hotels, one on the Herengracht and the other on Beursstraat in the centre of Amsterdam, each have about 20 rooms. The 3,000-m2 of office space in the city of Amersfoort is leased to Heijmans, while the two retail properties are in the Dutch capital.
