The Dutch health workers pension fund reported a 7.6% return on its property investments in the first half of this year following a slight rise of 1.1% in Q2. This compares to a total return of 5.5% for the entire portfolio which at end-June 2012 was valued at EUR 118 bn.

Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn is one of Europe's biggest investors in real estate in Europe with EUR 15 bn in assets under management. This represents 13% of the total portfolio. The assets are managed by administrator PGGM.
