Dutch property firms All-In Real Estate and Capricorn Capital Group have bought a student housing complex in the Dutch city of Maastricht for €20 mln.
The Annadal complex contains 400 accommodation units with a total area of 48,000 cm2, including 22,000 m2 of office space used for healthcare facilities.
The vendor was Grouwels Vastgoed.
The new owners plan to extend and refurbish the asset as a residential and healthcare campus for 650 students under the new name of Annadal Campus.
Earlier this year Amsterdam-based All-In Real Estate and Capricorn Capital Group, in Utrecht, bought the former Bonnefanten College in Maastricht for €2 mln. The building will be converted into a 257 student housing units.
