Dutch developer TCN Property Projects has been officially declared bankrupt, it emerged from court documents on Thursday.
The company, which had a property portfolio valued at EUR 410 mln in 2010, redeveloped over 1 million m2 of real estate in Europe in the past two decades.
The developer completed a number of projects outside the Netherlands, including retail parks in the Portuguese cities of Portimao and Aveiro and Aachen and Hanover in Germany.
In the Netherlands, developments include the Media Park in Hilversum and the World Forum congress centre in The Hague, as well as several data centres.
