This includes apartments in Volt in Delft, the Gorter complex in Leiden and Koningslaan in Rotterdam. During the transfer of keys to the tenants, a distance of 1.5 metres was maintained.

'We are proud that we can continue to deliver homes to tenants, even today,' said Dennis Wedding, portfolio manager of the ARC fund. 'It requires adaptability from us and our partners, such as builders and real estate managers, to ensure the delivery of the homes to tenants as safely as possible.

'We are also meeting the enormous demand for rental properties in the middle segment.'

Volt, close to the old city centre of Delft, consists of three buildings with a total of 130 apartments, an underground garage with 59 parking spaces and 1,400 m2 of commercial space. The sustainable complex features solar panels and a a heat and cold storage installation (TES). Homes were delivered to tenants on 3 April. MVGM Rotterdam manages the complex.

On 25 April, Amvest delivered phase two of the Gorter complex in Leiden to tenants. The Gorter complex is a renovation of the monumental former TNO office building, with the addition of two residential towers to create 213 apartments and 159 parking spaces.

Meanwhile on April 24, 68 rental properties at The Koningslaan in Rotterdam were delivered to tenants. The complex has 79 parking spaces, 30 of which are prepared for electric parking. The complex has a TES installation and solar panels, and is managed by MVGM Rotterdam.
