Global advisor Duff & Phelps has appointed James Liddiment as managing director to its Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG), based in its London office.
'We look forward to welcoming James to the team. He brings valuable real estate experience to Duff & Phelps with a focus on secured lending valuation, review and restructuring,' said Mike Weaver, head of valuation advisory services in EMEA at Duff & Phelps.
'James will help to bolster our REAG practice outside of the US, working alongside myself, John Slade and Mark Whittingham who joined earlier this month. The appointment of James and Mark reaffirms our commitment to our fast-growing real estate practice and strengthens our team in the UK.'
Liddiment is a chartered surveyor with experience acting as an LPA receiver for a number of secured lending clients.
He joins Duff & Phelps from Eddisons, a UK based firm of chartered surveyors, where he was the director responsible for the London commercial real estate valuation team.
