Savills has hired Martin Duchác to join its office agency team as of 1 October.
Based in Savills Prague office, the new senior office consultant concentrating on landlord representation will work alongside the head of office agency, Pavel Novák.
Duchác has joined Savills from Knight Frank where he was a senior consultant in the occupier strategy and solutions department.
Since 2014, he has worked on a number of projects for both commercial companies and public sector institutions. His experience includes representing tenants and landlords of offices within Prague, securing new leases as well as renegotiating existing leases.
At Savills, Duchác will build on these services and will focus on representing landlords from the company's exclusive portfolio.
