Agent DTZ has expanded its capital markets team with the appointment of Stuart Bloomfield as director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Bloomfield has over 13 years experience in the Czech and Slovak commercial real estate markets. In total he has been directly involved in over €700 mln of prime institutional real estate investment transactions across these two markets.
He joins from CBRE, where he was part of the firm's capital markets team. Before that, he worked as both a landlord and tenant representative in the office sector.
