DTZ has signed an agreement to provide property management services for Central European Industrial Found's City Point distribution park in Warsaw. City Point is the largest multi-let distribution and industrial facility in Warsaw, located close to the city centre. The property provides some 22.5% of the modern warehousing stock in Warsaw, across 20 buildings. DTZ's deal with CEIF was carried out by a property management team led by Sean Dowsey.
