The appointment follows an announcement by the broker in mid-December that it is to re-shape the executive management team, with a specific focus on financial performance and management discipline. Serkan will oversee the strategy and operations of DTZ's three regional capital markets business in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA); Asia-Pacific and the Americas. He will report into Paul Idzik, DTZ Group CEO.
