Real estate adviser DTZ has appointed David Schaefer head of DTZ Investment Management, Asia-Pacific and global head of Institutional Capital for DTZ Investment Management. He joins DTZ with immediate effect and will be based in Hong Kong.
Real estate adviser DTZ has appointed David Schaefer head of DTZ Investment Management, Asia-Pacific and global head of Institutional Capital for DTZ Investment Management. He joins DTZ with immediate effect and will be based in Hong Kong.
In his new role, Schaefer will be responsible for building DTZ’s investment management business in Asia Pacific. As global head of Institutional Capital, he will focus on broadening the DTZ Investment Management client base globally.

Schaefer brings over 30 years' experience in property investment management, property leveraged buyouts, corporate planning and corporate development to DTZ. Most recently he was at Citigroup where he was Managing Director, Head of Asia-Pacific at Citi Property Investors (CPI) in Hong Kong.
