Property adviser DTZ has launched the sale process for The Ocean portfolio of UK industrial and logistics properties for an indication price of £215 mln (€270 mln).
DTZ was mandated to coordinate the sale by Hudson Advisors, acting as receiver.
The portfolio comprises 12 assets across the UK: Follingsby Park in Gateshead; four assets in Leeds; two in York; three in the North West; Swinderby Industrial Estate in Lincoln; and a large distribution unit at Swift Park, Rugby. The sale also includes a 13th property: Fradley Park, a 1162,000 m2 industrial and logistics park in Lichfield.
Together, The Ocean Portfolio and Fradley generate a total rent roll of £15.6 mln.
