DTZ Investors, the European fund management arm of DTZ, has recruited a number of senior staff over the summer months in line with the growth of the European business.

At the same time, the company has combined its investment and asset management businesses under a single brand, DTZ Investors.
Richard Cooper has joined DTZ Investors as director of business development and strategy, based in London. He joins from AonHewitt, where he was responsible for advising pension fund clients on real estate manager selection decisions and subsequent investment strategies.
In Paris, Jean Blondel has joined as managing director. He was previously head of property at Amundi, the joint venture between Credit Agricole and Societe Generale.
Elsewhere, Cyril Zaprilla has joined the business as head of retail asset management and Camille Hurel as head of legal. Zaprilla was previously head of investment at retail specialist Corio and head of retail at Generali. Hurel was a senior associate in the real estate department at law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
DTZ Investors manages more than €8 bn of property assets across Europe with a team of 100 people.
