'Hospitality is one of the most rapidly emerging sectors in the commercial real estate markets of Russia and CIS,' David O'Hara, general director of DTZ Russia, said in a statement. 'The launch of this business will now allow the Russian DTZ office to provide a full range of services to clients across the region.'
DTZ said the new team will focus on operator search, contract negotiations, feasibility studies, development strategies, valuations, investments, asset management and resort masterplanning. DTZ said its hospitality group has been involved in more than $10bn (EUR 6.4bn) of hotel transactions, comprising more than 500 assets in 40 countries.
