Global real estate advisor DTZ has appointed Lenka Vodrážková as head of property management in Prague. She is replacing Martin Kubík, who left the company at the end of April.
Global real estate advisor DTZ has appointed Lenka Vodrážková as head of property management in Prague. She is replacing Martin Kubík, who left the company at the end of April.
Vodrážková has eight years experience in the management of commercial properties, focusing primarly on shopping centres. The team led by Vodrážková manages seven shopping centres across the Czech Republic and in Slovakia . Vodrážková was personally involved in the remodelling of Galerie Butovice. She will now also be responsible for managing office space and industrial buildings that DTZ manages for clients such as Valad, SEB, Ikano, Heitman, and AXA REIM.
DTZ has also appointed Simon Orr as member of the Prague office agency department, led by Bert Hesselink. Orr has 10 years experience in both Czech and British property market. Most recently he worked at CERES Property Services in Prague . He is a post-graduate student in property valuation and development at the University of Glasgow.
