Global real estate services firm DTZ has entered into an affiliate arrangement with Baltic Property Expert (BPE) to offer real estate services to DTZ clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The operation, named DTZ Baltic, will begin operating immediately.

Global real estate services firm DTZ has entered into an affiliate arrangement with Baltic Property Expert (BPE) to offer real estate services to DTZ clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The operation, named DTZ Baltic, will begin operating immediately.

BPE is one of the leading real estate companies in the Baltic states. It was established in 1993 and employs 50 people. It offers advisory services encompassing investments, leasing, valuation, property management, project management and consultancy.

Menno Maas, CEO for DTZ in Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA), said: 'The establishment of DTZ Baltic will ensure that we can expand our operations into this strategically significant region, and offer the highest calibre of expertise to clients.
